Description

LP Series Reverse Osmosis Element

Characteristics of product:

LP series Reverse Osmosis membrane element is developed for desalination of surface water and ground water featuring low pressure operation, high product water output, high salt rejection, etc. With lower operation pressure, it can achieve same high flux and high rejection rate as traditional low pressure membrane element. Its operation pressure is about 2/3 that of traditional low pressure membrane while rejection rate is approximately

99.5%. It is mainly used in the purification of source water with TDS less than 2,000 mg/L like surface water, ground water, and municipal tap water. Main applications of LP series include   large-scale  chemical  industry,  pharmaceutical  industry,   food   and   beverage industry, power plant, ultra-pure water used in electronic industry, boiler feed water as well as desalination and purification of municipal water.

1) The stated performance is initial data taken after 30 minutes of operation based on the following conditions:

1500 ppm NaCl, 150psi (10.3 bar) 25℃, pH 7.5, 15% recovery.

2)  Permeate flow rate for individual elements may vary with tolerance within 15%.
